• Determine needs, objectives, budget, and timeline

• Find the home that best fits your needs and objectives

• Protect your preapproval by making no significant purchases or job changes.

• Get pre-approved from the lender of your choice.

• Lender issues good faith estimate and estimate of closing costs.

• Discuss your offer with us

• We’ll submit written offer with pre-approval letter from lender

• Escrow Deposit submitted per contract

• Terms and conditions negotiated between Buyer and Seller

• Copy of ratified contract goes to lender

• You select a title company

• Complete loan application and get lender approval.

• Provide payment for appraisal.

• Select a home inspector to conduct inspections for each
contingency. Negotiate repairs, if applicable.

• Lender orders credit report and appraisal.

• Secure loan commitment from lender.

• Obtain homeowner’s policy.

• Wire funds to Title company

• Settlement. Bring a cashiers check and photo id.
