CONTRACT CONTINGENCIES

I’ll negotiate any repairs from the home inspection contingency. I’ll provide coordination of any of inspections once contract is ratified. I’ll coordinate appraisal details with the buyer’s lender.

Once your home is under contract, my team and I will monitor the progression of the transaction to the closing table, including title company, attorneys, buyer’s agent.
